Charter Construction signed on to the AGC of Washington’s Culture of C.A.R.E. initiative. An organization-wide program to create a better company through diversity and equity. To make it our own, we created a brand and design language that speaks to the importance of the initiative all a part of a larger campaign we call How We Build. We focused on the diversity and humanity of our employees to get our message across. Content created: branding (colors, typeface, graphics, guidelines), campaign strategy (mailers, video, social).

Charter Construction believes there is strength in diversity. We are committed to a safe and inclusive environment for all who come to work for the Charter family. To further exemplify this belief. we're excited to announce our adoption of the Association of General Contractor's Culture of C.AR.E. program which takes a bold and visible step towards creating a diverse, safe, welcoming, and inclusive construction industry.
